Right answer is (c) Phosphofructokinase

For explanation: Phosphofructokinase is assayed and measured using spectrophotometer. This has been linked with aldolase to glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase reaction. Hydrolases is measured by using spectrofluorometric method, whereas bacterial luciferase is measured by using luminescence method. Radioisotope method is used to measure by assaying enzyme glutamate decarboxylase.
