Right choice is (b) Bacterial luciferase

To explain: Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase can be assayed and measured by using continuous assay. In the similar way, Bacterial luciferases can be assayed and measured using luminescence method. This enzyme reduces FMN to oxidizing long chain aliphatic aldehydes. The resulting FMN can be coupled with NAD(P)H.
