Right option is (d) spectrophotometer

Easiest explanation: Substrate and products absorb light in the UV or visible region, with absorption not at the same wavelengths. The change in absorbance is used as basis for assaying enzymes using spectrophotometer. Radioisotope method is restricted to separation of radiolabeled forms of substrate and product. In luminescence method, the intensity of emitted light is used to study enzyme reaction. Biosensors are analytical devices which converts a biological response into an electrical signal.
