Right choice is (b) False

The explanation is: Replication can be either by first strand or second strand. First strand replication leads to generation of wild type molecules and the antibiotic resistance is inactive. If the replication is carried out by second strand, mutated sequence is formed and the antibiotic resistance gene becomes active.
