Right answer is (b) 2 – 4°C

To explain: The yeast cake is stored in the refrigerator at 2 – 4°C. The yeast is pressed and skimmed on a plate and frame filter to recover entrain beer. Yeast cake is transferred to clean metal bins and then stored in the refrigerator at 2 – 4°C.
