Explanation: Additional non protein chemical component of an enzyme which is required for optimum activity is referred to cofactors. Dinitrogenase is an enzyme that uses molybdenum as a cofactor. Whereas molybdenum, iron and manganese are coenzymes for nitrate reductase, peroxidase and ribonucleotide reductase.
