Correct answer is (c) Macroamylsemia

To explain I would say: Macroamylsemia results due to an increase in plasma amylase with a decrease in urinary excretion, and not creatine kinase. Injuries, intramuscular injections and vigorous exercise increase the creatine kinase levels.
