Which of the following is produced by the fermentation of apples?

I got this question in an international level competition.

Correct choice is (b) Cider

For explanation I would say: Cider is produced by the fermentation of apples. It has been successfully made from Bramley apples. However, if it is made from true cider apple then, they tend to have high sugar contents and display a range of acidities from 0.1% to 1%.
