Right choice is (a) Orleans process

To elaborate: Orleans process is employed for the production of high-quality vinegar and it is a slow process. The starting liquor is held in large casks where the microbes thrive. After that acetification commences and then vats are clarified using clarifying agents. Haber’s process is used in the production of ammonia and the contact process is used for sulphuric acid production. Ostwald’s process is used for the production of nitric acid.
