Easiest explanation: Uric acid is catalyzed uricase enzyme which releases 49kJ/mol heat for every reaction. Penicillinase catalyzes penicillin, whereas invertase catalyzes sucrose. Urease catalyzes urea releasing 61kJ/mol of heat.
