Correct option is (c) L-aspartate

The best I can explain: Fructosyltransferases are used to synthesize compounds such as sucrose-6-acetate, xylosucrose and the low cariogenic sweetener, ‘neosugar’. L-aspartate is produced from L-aspargine using asparginase enzyme.
