I need to ask this question from Cloning in Lambda in portion Other Vector Systems for E of Genetic Engineering

The correct answer is (d) red- gam-

For explanation: red- gam- are called as spi- and they are not able to grow on P2 lysogens. The red+ gam+ mutants are called as spi+.
