The correct answer is (d) Viewing of DNA

For explanation I would say: ELISA is an Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay. It is useful in determining the concentration of antigen and antibody. It also has an application in the detection of cancer. However, it is not useful in the viewing of DNA. UV transilluminator is used for DNA viewing.
