The correct answer is (d) 94°C

To elaborate: The denaturation temperature is 94°C. It is the temperature at which the double-stranded DNA is broken down into single-stranded DNA. It is followed by the addition of primers. Two sets of primers are added: Forward primer and Reverse primer. The extension is done by Taq Polymerase at 72°C.
