For explanation: Most of the enzymes utilize coenzymes which must be regenerated as each product molecule is formed. But the application coenzymes are severely limited by the high cost of the coenzymes and difficulties in regenerating the coenzyme. The above problems may be overcome by the immobilizing the coenzyme together with the enzyme and regenerating the coenzyme in situ. Hence the above statement is true.
