Right option is (b) Penicillium

The best I can explain: Dextranases are used to produce dextrans. Fungal dextranase is produced from Penicillium species. These are used to overcome the difficulties produced by dextran’s extreme viscosity which may lead to stopping the productions in the plant. These dextranases are used only in the time of crisis as they are resistant to thermal denaturation and inactive at high sucrose concentration. This enzyme is used in lower amounts and hence it’s relatively inexpensive.
