The correct answer is (c) invertase

The best I can explain: Commercial preparations from Trichoderma reesei consist of a mixture of enzymes which are as follows

• Cellulase which is an endo-1,4-D b-glucanase

• Glucan 1,4-b-glucosidase which is as exo-1,4-b-glucosidase

• cellulose 1,4-b-cellobiosidase which is an exo-cellobiohydrolase

Invertase degrades sucrose to glucose and fructose and is obtained from Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
