Correct option is (a) Raffinase

To explain I would say: Raffinose is hydrolyzed to galactose and sucrose by raffinase enzyme. Raffinase is obtained from Mortierella vinacea. Dextran may be produced by the action of dextransucrase enzyme. Invertase degrades sucrose to glucose and fructose. 1,4-α-glucosidase releases β-D-glucose from 1,4-a-, 1,6-a- and 1,3-a-linked glucans.
