Right choice is (a) 13

To explain I would say: Number of seeds per hectare = \(\frac{50000}{0.85}\) = 58823

Area covered per hill = 150 * 150 = 22500 cm^2 = 2.25 m^2

Number of hill per hectares = \(\frac{10000}{2.25}\) = 4444

Number of seed per hill = \(\frac{58823}{4444}\) = 13.
