Right option is (c) graves’ disease

Explanation: Thyroxine hormone sensing molecule is used in the biolayer which is used to detect Graves’ disease. Diabetes can be detected by measuring glucose levels by glucose oxidase enzyme. Fatigue is measured by measuring levels of lactic acid, ammonia in perspiration. Penicillin detected by penicillinase enzyme.
