What does ‘X’ represent in the following reaction?

Ethyl acetate + isoamylalchohol \(\underset{Lipase}{\rightleftharpoons}\) X + ethanol

The explanation: In the above reaction, ‘X’ represents Isoamyl acetate, which is a natural aroma. In the above reaction, lipase is being used in an alcoholysis reaction to produce isoamyl acetate by the use of a biphasic system. Cocoa butter may be produced by using lipases ac. ting as transacylases. N-acetyllactosamine is synthesized by using β-galactosidase from N-acetylglucosamine. Dextran is produced from sucrose by using dextransucrase.
