My doubt is from Immobilized Enzymes in chapter Immobilized Enzymes and their Uses of Enzyme Technology

Correct option is (c) nitrilase

To explain: Immobilized nitrilase is used in the production of acrylamide. Immobilized aspartase is used in the production of L-aspartic acid from fumaric acid. Immobilized raffinase is used to breakdown raffinase to galactose. Penicillin amidases are used in the production of penicillins.
