Easiest explanation: Collagenase is used for debridement of dermal ulcers and severe burns. Debridement means removal cleaning of wound by removing dead tissue. Asparginase is used in leukemia treatment, whereas rennin is used in the treatment of gastric achylia. Lysozyme is used to treat infection in the eye as it has antibacterial action.
