An air vent is provided at FRL to break the siphoning action at that level in a ___________________

The question was asked in a dream while sleeping

I need to ask this question from Shaft Spillway in section Spillways, Energy Dissipators and Spillway Gates of Irrigation Engineering

Correct answer is (c) saddle siphon spillway

The best I can explain: When the water level falls to FRL an air vent is provided on the crown to break the siphoning action. Air enters the lower limb through the air vent and siphonic action is stopped.
