Right answer is (d) Invertase

Easiest explanation: Sucrose is degraded to glucose and fructose by enzyme invertase which is obtained from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Papain is obtained from Carica Papaya which is used to tenderize meat. β – amylase is used in the production of maltose syrups from barley. 1,4-α-glucosidase is an exoamylase which releases β-D-glucose from 1,4-a-, 1,6-a- and 1,3-a-linked glucans.
