Correct option is (d) Water volume

Easiest explanation: Waste water type determination helps to determine the type of treatment, space is required to ensure that proper area is available for efficient treatment and production rate is important in order to make the system cost effective, whereas, water volume is not a major concern because any volume of water can be and should be treated and it doesn’t affect the cost.
