Correct answer is (a) True

The best I can explain: At higher altitudes, the atmospheric pressure is much lower therefore the boiling point is also lower. The boiling point depends on pressure up to the critical point. It is directly proportional to the pressure. At the critical point the gas and liquid properties are same.
