The correct option is (b) POM & Nylon

For explanation: Among the given options, POM & Nylon is not thermoformed. Whereas, HIPS- High Impact Polystyrene,  ABS- Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, PVC- Polyvinyl Chloride and PMMA- Poly(methyl methacrylate) are thermoformed.
