Which of the following is not a mold used in thermoforming?

(a) Aluminium mold

(b) Steel mold

(c) Wooden mold

(d) Plastic mold

I had been asked this question by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

I'm obligated to ask this question of Thermoforming in portion Thermoplastic Polymers Properties & Processing of Food Packaging Technology

The correct option is (b) Steel mold

For explanation: Steel mold is not used in thermoforming. The mould used in thermoforming should be such that the plastic polymer to be thermoformed isn’t affected by it. The mold used in thermoforming are- aluminium mold, plaster of paris mold, plastic mold and wooden mold.
