Which of the following is majorly found in acid sulphate soils?

(a) Pyrite

(b) Copper

I had been asked this question in exam.

My query is from Dose topic in section Environmental Impact of Pollutants and Analysis of Dose – Effect Relationship of Environmental Biotechnology

Right answer is (a) Pyrite

The explanation: Major components of acid sulphate soils is pyrite which is basically iron sulphide which is converted into sulphuric acid, Copper, Aluminum and Magnesium are majorly not found in acid sulphate soils.
