Correct answer is (a) Nitrogen

To elaborate: Nitrogen is deficient in saline soils due to low organic matter content. And hence, it is found in lower levels. Whereas, Sulphur, Oxygen, Calcium are either present in lower concentrations or present in larger amounts in saline soils.
