My doubt stems from Media for Industrial Fermentations in portion Media for Industrial Fermentations of Fermentation Technology

Right choice is (d) NaOH

For explanation I would say: The examples of buffer solution are Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3), Monosodium phosphate (NaH2PO4) and Monopotassium phosphate (KH2PO4).
