Which of the following is not used for protection of plants against fungus before the development of synthetic fungicides?

The question was posed to me in examination.

My question is from Types of Pesticides in chapter Biodegradation of Pesticides in the Environment of Environmental Biotechnology

Right choice is (d) Uranium

For explanation I would say: Uranium is a toxic metal, it is radioactive and can cause a great deal of harm to the environment and the surroundings, Sulphur compound or copper compound, lime sulphur which is a mixture of various calcium polysulphides and also, elemental sulphur was used as a protectant against the fungal growth before the advent of synthetic organic based fungicides.
