Right choice is (a) 2 dyne/cm^2

The explanation is: Area of the face over which the force was applied = A = L^2 = 16cm^2

η = \(\frac{F.L}{A.x}=\frac{0.8*4}{16*0.1}\) = 2 dyne/cm^2
