Correct option is (b) False

Explanation: Due to insufficient dissolved oxygen and anaerobic digestion, the sewage lagoons give a sulfurous, rotten egg like smell and the sewage odor means lagoon failure due to insufficient circulation to digest influent BOD, hence, the waste accumulates and is digested anaerobically which is comparatively slow process and releases foul smell.
