I got this question in a national level competition.

My question is taken from Aquifers and Their Type-2 in section Ground Water for Irrigation through Wells and Tubewells of Irrigation Engineering

Right option is (b) m^2/sec

Easiest explanation: Specific capacity is given by –

Specific capacity = discharge of the well / Drawdown = Q / (C1Q + C2Q^2) = m^3/sec/m = m^2/sec. This equation also shows that the specific capacity of the well is not constant but decreases as the discharge increases.
