(c) not get affected by the change in temperature of water flowing through the aquifer

(d) increase up to 20°C and then decreases with the increase in the temperature of water flowing through the aquifer

The correct choice is (a) increase with an increase in temperature of water flowing through the aquifer

To elaborate: The permeability is inversely proportional to the viscosity of water and viscosity decreases with increase in temperature. Hence, permeability will increase with an increase in temperature.
