Correct option is (a) unconfined aquifer

The best I can explain: Sometimes an impervious medium carrying saturated soil-mass exists over the water table which can be used as a source of water. This body of saturated material is a kind of aquifer termed as a perched aquifer. It is a special case that is found to occur within an unconfined aquifer.
