This question was addressed to me by my school principal while I was bunking the class.

My query is from Aquifers and Their Type-2 in chapter Ground Water for Irrigation through Wells and Tubewells of Irrigation Engineering

The correct answer is (b) piezometric surface

The explanation: Perched water table is the top surface of the water held in the perched aquifer. Cone of depression is the surface of the water table surrounding the well which takes up a curved shape. The piezometric surface is an imaginary surface that defines the level to which water will rise representing the total head in an aquifer.
