My question is taken from Important Barrages in India in division Seepage Theories and Weirs and Barrages Design of Irrigation Engineering

Correct answer is (a) Farakka Barrage

Easiest explanation: The treaty was signed in 1996 established a 30-year water-sharing agreement. This was done in order to share surface waters at the Farakka barrage near their mutual border.
