Correct option is (c) Aspartame

The best I can explain: Immobilization of thermolysin produces aspartame. Acrylamide is produced by using immobilized nitrile hydratase. L-aspartic acid is produced by immobilization of aspartate amino-lyase. Immobilized histidine ammonia-lyase produces urocanic acid.
