I have been asked this question in semester exam.

My question is based upon Balancing of a Single Rotating Mass By a Single Mass Rotating in the Same Plane topic in section Balancing of Rotating Masses of Machine Dynamics

Correct option is (b) 25

To explain I would say: Centrifugal force is given by the equation

Fc = mω^2r

using the given data

Fc = 25000 N.
