Which of the following type of governor cannot be isochronous?

(b) Porter

(c) Hartung

(d) Hartnell

Right answer is (b) Porter

The explanation is: For a porter governor it is impossible to have the two balls moving at the same speed, thus the range cannot be 0 which makes it impossible to be an isochronous governor.
