My question is from The Dietert, Abbot Compaction Test and Jodhpur Mini Compactor Test in chapter Compaction of Geotechnical Engineering I

The correct answer is (b) 2

To explain: In Jodhpur mini compaction test, the soil is compacted in 2 equal layers. In Modified Proctor test the number of layers of the soil is compacted is five. While in Standard Proctor test the number of layers of the soil is compacted is three.
