This is a very interesting question from The Dietert, Abbot Compaction Test and Jodhpur Mini Compactor Test topic in section Compaction of Geotechnical Engineering I

Correct answer is (b) 11.7

To explain: In Jodhpur mini compaction test, the mould has effective height of 60 mm. In Abbot Compaction test, the apparatus consists of a metal cylinder that has an effective height of 40 cm. For the Standard Proctor test, the height of the mould is 11.7 cm.
