My question is based upon Consolidation of Undisturbed Specimen in portion One Dimensional Consolidation of Geotechnical Engineering I

Right option is (b) False

For explanation: In case of normally consolidated and pre-consolidated soils, it is fully consolidated under existing over-burden pressure. Whereas the under-consolidated soil is the one that has not fully consolidated.
