The correct option is (a) Fat and bones

To explain I would say: Meat unfit for human consumption and animal carcass is never used as raw materials in pharmaceutical industry because they require various primary treatment and also unfit for use, Feces are harmful because of presence of E.Coli and several pathogenic bacteria but fat and bones can be used as raw materials in pharmaceutical industry due to their high potential.
