Which of the following assumptions about a GVF is false?

I have been asked this question in exam.

I need to ask this question from Gradually Varied Flow(GVF) in portion Non Uniform Flow in Channels of Fluid Mechanics

Correct answer is (c) Flow characteristics change with time

For explanation I would say: In a GVF, the flow is steady and hence the flow characteristics does not change with time.
