Right choice is (b) Maltose

To explain I would say: Maltose is the most abundant sugar present in the higher amount in the wort. It accounts for about 60-65% of total fermentable sugar. The other sugars consist of glucose, sucrose, fructose, maltotriose, maltotetraose, and higher dextrins.
