The best explanation: L = 2C + \(\frac{[π(D1+D2)]}{2}+\frac{(D1+D2)^2}{4C} \)

= 2*4 + \(\frac{[π(1.25+0.75)]}{2}+\frac{(2)^2}{4*4}\) = 11.35 m
